Cloak AI and MY AI generate responses using open-weights artificial intelligence models executing locally on your device hardware. Outputs are probabilistic and provided for informational, creative, and assistance purposes only.
1. "AS IS" Warranty Disclaimer
The Cloak AI mobile application, the MY AI web application (gomyai.uk), their underlying models, and all generated outputs are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. Ali Ahmed disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
2. AI-Generated Output & Accuracy Disclaimer
Artificial Intelligence models (including Large Language Models, Vision-Language Models, and Image Generation Models) can occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information (commonly referred to as AI hallucinations). Therefore:
- Not Professional Advice: Generated text, code, or data should never be relied upon as professional medical, legal, financial, tax, or safety advice. Always consult a qualified professional.
- User Verification: You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and verifying any code, advice, text, or content generated by Cloak AI or MY AI prior to reliance, execution, or publication.
- AI Image Generation: Images created using local Stable Diffusion or vision models are generated stochastically based on your text prompts. You agree not to generate illegal, defamatory, or infringing visual content.
3. Local Device & Thermal Performance Disclaimer
Cloak AI and MY AI execute machine learning models locally using your device's RAM, CPU, GPU, Apple Neural Engine (ANE), or WebGPU runtime.
- Hardware Demands: Heavy AI inference tasks (such as Stable Diffusion image generation or long token generation) can cause elevated battery consumption and temporary thermal warming of your mobile or desktop device. This is normal behavior for intensive on-device inference.
- Data Authority & Backups: Because all chat history and local settings reside exclusively on your device, we have no access to your data and cannot restore lost chat history if your device or browser storage is reset or cleared.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Ali Ahmed or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, hardware damage, or business interruption arising out of your use of or inability to use Cloak AI or MY AI.
5. Open Source Model Acknowledgments
Cloak AI and MY AI utilize open-weights models and runtime engines (e.g., Gemma, Qwen2 VL, Llama 3.2, Stable Diffusion, llama.cpp, Transformers.js, WebLLM). All third-party models remain the property of their respective creators and are used in accordance with their respective open-source licensing terms.
